  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
  • Cream cheese
  • Smoked salmon
  • Lemon wedges

Products you need

4 Crumpets

  1. Toast crumpets in toaster for 2 minutes or until lightly browned
  2. Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese over the crumpets
  3. Lay a slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese
  4. Squeeze over a wedge of lemon, sprinkle with parsley and serve
